Discussion:
- It was decided that we will combine the Auction, and Swap Meet onto one event with a silent auction included. Silent auction bid sheets will be provided and filled out by each contributor with a reserve if appropriate. Sellers must arrive one hour to the start of the meeting in order to have items logged into the system.
- The group is no longer collecting formal dues. There will be a voluntary donation Jar at each event. If it is determined that funds are needed donations will be solicited.
- A Facebook page is in the works and John Parchem will be the administrator. We will need a backup for that activity.
- New
meeting times have been established.
- 6:30 – 7:00 Social time and setup
- 7:00 – 7:15 Business overview
- 7:15 – 9:00 Program Presentation
- This
year we will be hosting special events which will take place on dates that are
other than the regular meeting dates and will require a set donation for
attendance. More on that as things progress

- It was proposed that we look into having an event with Edmonds Center for the art where builders can display Instruments and have them played and discussed in the theater. This would possibly take place in the 2020 season.
